Getting the business off the ground has had its chellenges over the past 10 months but its fair to say Playfair is officially up and running. The very first person to be recuited in the US, Troy Escarpeta (pictured far left) has gone from having no sales experience 8 months ago, to today where he has over 25 people on his team, he received his promotion to Team manager last month and is on criteria currently for Assistant management. Amazing where hard work, perseverance and dedication can get you. The office is doing personal best days, and weeks, every week at the moment which is really pleasing to see.We had the pleasure of Vice President mr Paul Burkett (pictured centre) in town for a few days recently. He ran some great meetings with all the sales teams in the office and motivated the Appco US team to their Personal Best day as a location (76) which i'm sure he was chuffed about.
With the second location on the horizon in september the Playfair US team is on a roll and ready to expand.
